I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were excellent, spacious, and well-designed, although they weren't made up every day. The free shuttle bus to Bangla Road was a convenient perk. However, there were some issues with the service, especially with repetitive document requests, resembling slavery in my country.
